We look forward to welcoming you to our in-service training program. You can expect a small course with a maximum of 20 participants so that lecturers can optimally address your individual needs. The course is attended by motivated, committed and demographically diverse participants. In addition to the necessary specialist knowledge, the focus of the Pediatric Intensive Care course is on joint and individual training, including:

  • Reflection and professional self-organization
  • Flexibility and teamwork
  • Dealing with fear and conflict
  • Responsible behavior
  • Distinct role awareness
  • Thoroughness

The design of the “Pediatric Intensive Care” further training course was based on the further training and examination regulations for the “Training of Nurses in Pediatric Intensive Care” of the state of Berlin.

The teachers of our in-service training course include experienced nurses, pediatric nurses and doctors. They pass on their evidence-based knowledge out of conviction – it is important to them to raise awareness of the relevance of pediatric intensive care. In addition to imparting expert knowledge, it is therefore equally important to authentically stand up for this profession.
